Cold Plunge

Step into cold water and let your body do what it was built to do. Members use the cold plunge after training, after long days, or first thing to start clear and awake.

A signed waiver is required for cold plunge. You complete it inside the booking flow before your first visit.

How often should I come?

Many members come a few times a week and pair sessions together. Your membership sets how many sessions you get each month.

Yes. Book online so your spot is ready, and sign your waiver right in the booking flow.
